OUR PROCESS
Initial Enquiry
Start by filling out our Get a Quote form or calling our team. We’ll take basic details and determine whether your enquiry is emergency or non-emergency.
Emergency callouts are prioritised and dispatched immediately (a £140 pre-authorisation covers the first hour).
Non-emergency works go through our standard quoting process, beginning with consultation.
Consultation & Site Visit
We’ll discuss your vision, budget, and goals. For most projects, a member of our team will visit your site to assess the scope of work and provide guidance.
Detailed Written Quote
You’ll receive a fully itemised quotation, clearly outlining:
Materials, labour, and timelines
Payment structure and deposit
Warranty details and scheduling
No hidden extras. No small print.
Scheduling & Deposit
Once you’re happy with the proposal, we secure your booking with a small £40 deposit for non-emergency jobs (deducted from the final bill).
Emergency callouts are covered by the initial £140 charge, which includes your first hour of work.
Work Commences
Our professional team arrives on time, fully briefed, and ready to deliver. We pride ourselves on clean worksites, proactive communication, and respect for your property.
Completion & Handover
We complete every project to the highest standard — followed by a full walkthrough, client approval, and 12-month workmanship warranty for total peace of mind.
